To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details a proposal to revoke the existing Traffic Regulation Order from a Free Residents Permit Parking Scheme and to implement a Traffic Regulation Order for a chargeable scheme for the residents of: Church Lane (Chadkirk Mews 1-8) Church Lane (2-54) Kimberley Avenue (1-36), Romiley.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval the legal advertising of the package of traffic regulation orders contained within Appendix A to the report, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £2,029.32 to be funded from the Highways Improvement Programme.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal to revoke the existing Traffic Regulation Order from a Free Residents Permit Parking Scheme and to implement a Traffic Regulation Order for a chargeable scheme for the residents of Church Lane (Chadkirk Mews 1-8); Church Lane (2-54); and Kimberley Avenue (1-36), Romiley.
RESOLVED - That approval be given the legal advertising of the package of traffic regulation orders and associated revocations contained within Appendix A to the report, and subject to the receipt of no objections within 21 days of the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £2,029.32 to be funded from the Highways Improvement Programme.
