Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of site to provide 39 no. apartments in a single apartment block with associated access, car parking, amenity space, landscaping and infrastructure.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to grant planning permission and delegate the decision to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration pending completion of the Section 106 Agreement in respect of open space commuted sums.

a member of the public spoke against the application; and

 

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application.

 

It was then

 

RESOLVED – (1) That planning permission be granted and the decision be delegated to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration pending completion of the Section 106 Agreement in respect of open space commuted sums.

 

(2) That Traffic Services be requested to survey and monitor parking on Corbar Road pre-construction and post completion of the development.
