Residential development (Use Class C3) consisting of 48 no. new apartments. comprising 25 no. one bed apartments and 23 no. two bed apartments in two three storey apartment blocks with associated infrastructure and on site car parking (51 spaces including 5 disabled spaces) including a new access road accessed off Stockholm Road.

 

Subject to the Environmental Health Officer (Noise) raising no objection following their review of the latest update to the Noise Report Technical Memorandum (dated 21 June 2018) in the context of the latest layout, the Area Committee is recommended to grant planning permission and delegate the decision to the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration pending completion of the Section 106 Agreement in respect of open space commuted sums and affordable housing.
