To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report seeks approve to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Cartmel Close and Arnside Avenue in Hazel Grove to improve visibility for motorists and pedestrians at this junction.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following order being made:
No Waiting at Any Time:
Arnside Avenue
North West side from a point 11 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line of Cartmel Close in a North Easterly direction to a point 13 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Cartmel Close.
Cartmel Close
Both sides from the North Westerly kerb line of Arnside Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a North Westerly direction.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junction of Cartmel Close and Arnside Avenue in Hazel Grove to improve visibility for pedestrians and motorist.
RESOLVED – That the following Traffic Regulation, at a cost of £760 to be funded from the Area Committee Delegated Budget (Stepping Hill Ward allocation) be approved for legal advertising and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the Order being made:-
