To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding from Cheadle and Gatley Junior Football Club towards the cost of balls, equipment and venue hire.

NOTE: Cheadle Area Committee considered this application at its meeting on 7 August 2018 and made a grant of £750.  The remaining balance for which funding is sought is £250.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted an application received on behalf of Cheadle & Gatley Junior Football Club for a grant of £250 from the Ward Flexibility Budget towards the cost of balls, equipment and venue hire.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the award of a grant of £250 from the Ward Flexibility Budget (Cheadle Hulme South ward allocation) to Cheadle & Gatley Junior Football Club towards the cost of balls, equipment and venue hire.

A representative of the Cheadle and Gatley Junior Football Club attended the meeting to present an application for Ward Flexibility Funding towards the cost of balls, equipment and venue hire.

RESOLVED – That approval be given to the Ward Flexibility Funding application from Cheadle and Gatley Junior Football Club for £750 towards the cost of balls, equipment and venue hire, to be funded as follows:-

Cheadle and Gatley Ward - £250

Cheadle Hulme North Ward - £250

Heald Green Ward - £250
