To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

 

The report seeks approval to resolve an anomaly relating to the 3.5 Tonne Weight Restriction covering streets in the Woodsmoor area.

 

The Area Committee is invited to recommend to the Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing approve the advertising of the Weight Restriction Order as set out in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) inviting the Area Committee to consider proposals to resolve an anomaly relating to the 3.5 Tonne Weight Restriction covering streets in the Woodsmoor area.

 

RESOLVED – That the Cabinet Member for Communities & Housing be recommended to approve the advertising of the Weight Restriction Order for the roads in the Woodsmoor area as set out in the report.
