RESOLVED – (12 for) That the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration be authorised to determine the application subject to the receipt of no further material planning considerations upon the completion of a bat survey at the application site.

a member of the public spoke against the application ; and

 

a representative of the applicant spoke in support of the application

 

It was then

 

RESOLVED –  (1) That the application be referred to the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee for determination, pending clarification being received from Officers of the proposed layout and impacts upon the privacy of the occupiers of neighbouring properties, in particular the relationship and distances between the proposed windows and all neighbouring properties, including the building lines of the proposed development, including the granted rear extension over the existing single storey extension at 11 Old Hall Lane (ref. DC/068196).

 

(2) That the agent/architect be requested to draw up the requested information regarding layout.
