-       single storey rear extension

-       lean-to roof to front elevation over porch and garage.

 

The Committee is recommended to grant planning permission.

RESOLVED – That planning permission be refused on the grounds that the proposed development by virtue of its size, scale and massing would have a  detrimental visual imapct.
