A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) summarising recent appeal decisions, listing current planning appeals and dates for local inquiries and informal hearings according to area committees.
The representative of the Deputy Chief Executive provided the following updates to the report:-
· A temporary stop notice had been served at units 22-24 Station Road, Heaton Mersey which related to the importation of materials to used for engineering works to create a development platform at the rear of the site.
· An enforcement noticed had been served at White Bottom Farm, Compstall in relation to the construction of a wooden building used in connection with a festival being held at the site.
· An enforcement noticed had been served at Hillside Farm, Werneth Low in relation to the construction of a building in the green belt.
· An enforcement noticed had been served on land at Further Hey, Woodley relating to the erection of a fence or hoarding over a metre in height adjacent to the highway.
RESOLVED – That the report be noted.
