Issue - meetings

To consider an application for Ward Flexibility Funding received on behalf of Stockport Snowdrops for a grant of £250 towards the cost of materials for meetings.

(NOTE: The Chair was of the opinion that this item, although not included on the agenda, should be considered as a matter of urgency in accordance with Section 100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972 in order that the Area Committee could consider and determine the application in sufficient time for the applicant to commence the proposed expansion of their fortnightly meetings should the application be granted).

Jennie Frost attended the meeting and submitted an application on behalf of Stockport Snowdrops for ward flexibility funding towards the cost of materials for meetings.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the award of a grant of £250 from the Ward Flexibility Budget to Stockport Snowdrops towards the cost of materials for meetings.
