To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

The report requests the Area Committee to consider approving the introduction of permit-parking on Cedar Grove in Heaton Moor.

The Area Committee are requested to consider the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider the introduction of traffic regulation orders on Cedar Grove, Heaton Moor.

RESOLVED -  That the legal advertising of the following traffic regulation order be approved and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date that the order can be made:

Introduce Permit Parking (2 individual permits per property for registered vehicles):

Cedar Grove (No’s 1 – 18 Inc. 1 – 9 The Cedars and 12 & 14 Brownsville Road)Both sides from a point 10 metres North East of the North Easterly kerb line of Brownsville Road in a North Easterly direction to a point 10 metres South West of the South Westerly kerb line of Tatton Road North.
