A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider proposed traffic regulation orders on St Albans Avenue, Heaton Moor.
RESOLVED – That the Corporate Director for Place Management be informed that the Area Committee approves part 1 of the schedule detailed in the report and recommends that the Cabinet Member (Communities & Housing) approves the legal advertising of the following Traffic Regulation Order and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date the following order can be made:-
Part I
Introduce Permit Parking (1 individual permit per property for a registered vehicle):
St Albans Avenue (No’s 3 – 19)
Both sides from a point 15 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of Heaton Moor Road in a South Easterly direction to its cul-de-sac end.
Part II
Introduce Permit Parking (1 individual permit per property for a registered vehicle):
St Albans Avenue (No’s 3 – 19)
Both sides from a point 4 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of
Heaton Moor Road for a distance of 11 metres in a South Easterly direction.
