The Area Committee is requested to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider the introduction of a traffic regulation order on Whitehill Street, Reddish.
RESOLVED – That the legal advertising of the following traffic regulation order be approved and subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the order be made as advertised:-
Revoke No Waiting Monday To Friday 8am – 6pm:
Whitehill Street
South Easterly side from its North Easterly cul-de-sac end in a South Westerly
direction for a distance of 24 metres to the car park entrance at Reddish Working Men’s Club.
Introduce No Waiting at Any Time:
