To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application from the Stockport Carnival Committee applied to hold Stockport Carnival in Woodbank Memorial Park on 21 July 2018.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from the Stockport Carnival Committee to hold the Stockport Carnival in Woodbank Memorial Park on 21 July 2018.
RESOLVED – That the application from the Stockport Carnival Committee to hold the Stockport Carnival in Woodbank Memorial Park on 21 July 2018 be approved, subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place.
