A representative of the Democratic Services Manager reported that the appellant had not attended the meeting.
A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) explaining the grounds upon which he had taken the decision to terminate the appellant’s introductory tenancy.
The representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration and representatives of Stockport Homes attended the meeting and answered Councillors questions.
RESOLVED – That the decision of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration to terminate the introductory tenancy be upheld.
