The report considers an application from the organisers seeking permission to continue to hold the weekly Saturday morning Parkrun through Bruntwood Park during 2018.
The Area Committee is requested to grant the application, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from the organisers seeking permission to continue to hold the weekly Saturday morning park run through Bruntwood Park during 2018.
RESOLVED – That approval be given to an application from the organisers seeking permission to continue to hold the weekly Saturday morning park run through Bruntwood Park during 2018, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.
