To consider a joint report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration and the Deputy Chief Executive
The report considers an application received by the Council to extinguish Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley on land owned by it and occupied by Cheadle Primary School.
The Area Committee is requested to agree to make an Order under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 to extinguish Footpath 121 Cheadle and Gatley, marked A-B on the plan attached at Appendix 1.
