The report details a proposal for the Area Committee to fund the cost of a design feasibility study to investigate the removal of grassed verges on Sandiway to create parking bays.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the undertaking of a design feasibility study to assess the structural change of the grassed area, to create parking bays thus improving traffic movement on Sandiway at a cost of £1,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green & Romiley ward allocation).

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal for the Area Committee to fund the cost of a design feasibility study to investigate the removal of grassed verges on Sandiway to create parking bays.
