The Area Committee is requested to agree that the Order be made as advertised.

Minutes:
A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the objections received to a proposed Traffic Order on Outwood Road/Wilmslow Road, Heald Green.
The Heald Green Ward Councillors requested that the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration examine the possibility of extending the Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting to other sections of Outwood Road and Wilmslow Road, Heald Green, in consultation with themselves.
RESOLVED – (1) That, notwithstanding the objections received, the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be recommended to agree that the Order be made as advertised to introduce Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting on sections of Outwood Road and Wilmslow Road, Heald Green.
(2) That the Cabinet Member for Communities and Housing be requested to consider extending the scope of the Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting on Outwood Road and Wilmslow Road, Heald Green and approve the consultation and statutory legal advertising of such a proposal.
