Development of a nursery, primary and secondary school with sports hall, sports pitches and associated boundary treatments, external lighting, landscaping, parking and access.

 

NOTE: As the application site is located in close proximity to the boundary between the Cheadle Area Committee and the Bramhall and Cheadle Hulme South Area Committee the application is being reported to both Area Committees.

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee grants planning permission.
