To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report sets out an objection received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order, Prohibition of Waiting on Whitegates Road / Ashfield Road junction, Cheadle.

The Area Committee is recommended to approve that the Order be made as advertised.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an objection received to a proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order at the junction of Whitegate Road and Ashfield Road, Cheadle.

RESOLVED - That, notwithstanding the objection received, the Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order at the junction of Whitegate Road and Ashfield Road, Cheadle, be made as advertised.
