To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details an application from the Friends of Tangshutt Fields for their annual May Day on the Meadow event on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May 2017. The event attracts a local community audience and raises funding for local organisations and various charities. Activities include art workshops, sports sessions, music and theatre performances, market stalls, animals and face painting.The event will run from 12 noon until 3pm. Access is required from 8am to 5.30pm.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application subject to all appropriate paperwork and licences being obtained and submitted to the Council at least one week prior to the event taking place

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from the Friends of Tangshutt Fields for their annual May Day on the Meadow event on Bank Holiday Monday 7th May 2017.
RESOLVED - That approval be given to an application from the Friends of Tangshutt Fields for their annual May Day on the Meadow event on Bank Holiday Monday, 7 May 2018.
