Upgrade and extension of the existing Ladybrook Valley footpath from Queens Road to Hall Road to provide a permanent cycle path that accords with modern design standards.

 

NOTE: As the application site straddles the boundary of both this and the Cheadle Area Committees, the application has been reported to both committees for recommendation, and will be referred to the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee for determination.

 

The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee grants planning permission.
