RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to assess the impact from inside the applicant’s property and to look at the potential impact on properties to the rear, and in particular to look at the:-
(1) Impact of design and appearance / streetscene
(2) Loss of privacy to surrounding properties
(3) Overshadowing of surrounding properties
