Issue - meetings

To consider a report of the Chair of the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee.

The Chair of the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee (Councillor Wendy Meikle) submitted the Scrutiny Annual Report for 2016/17 (copies of which had been circulated) summarising the work of the Scrutiny Committees during the current Municipal Year.

RESOLVED – That the report be noted.

To consider a report of the Democratic Services Manager.

The report presents for comment the Scrutiny Annual Report 2016/2017.

The Scrutiny Committee are invited to consider and comment on the report prior to it being submitted to the Council Meeting on June 29 2017.

RESOLVED – That the report be approved in so far as the Scrutiny Co-ordination Committee is concerned and that it be submitted to the Council Meeting for consideration.
