To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application from Bruntwood Park BMX Club to hold the North Region BMX Club Championships at the Bruntwood Park track on 17 September 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, and insurances.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out an application from Bruntwood Park BMX Club to hold the North Region BMX Club Championships at the Bruntwood Park track on 17 September 2027.
RESOLVED – That the application from Bruntwood Park BMX Club to hold the North Region BMX Club Championships at the Bruntwood Park track on 17 September 2017 be approved, subject to the organiser obtaining appropriate event plans, health and safety documentation, and insurances, and putting in place a traffic management plan similar to the one that operated successfully last year.
