To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application from Gatley Festival Committee to hold the Gatley Festival on William Scholes Park on 2 July 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances, and the payment of a bond and all event fees.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from the Gatley Festival Committee to hold the Gatley Festival at William Scholes Park on 2 July 2017.
RESOLVED – That the application from the Gatley Festival Committee to hold the Gatley Festival at William Scholes Park on 2 July 2017 be approved, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances, and the payment of a bond and all event fees.
