To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application from Gatley Festival Committee to hold a Race Night on Gatley Recreation Ground on 1 July 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances, and the payment of a bond and all event fees.

Minutes:
A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from the Gatley Festival Committee to hold a Race Night at Gatley Recreation Ground on 1 July 2017.
RESOLVED – That the application from the Gatley Festival Committee to hold a Race Night at Gatley Recreation Ground on 1 July 2017 be approved, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers, event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances, and the payment of a bond and all event fees.
