To consider a report of the Commissioning Manager, Children and Young People, NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group.
The report provides an update on what has been achieved locally and outlines proposed next steps. It also provides an update on additional investment and key performance indicators. The report is an update and addition to the Local Transformation Plan and is not intended to replace the original plan.
The Scrutiny Committee are invited to consider and comment on the report.

Duncan Weldrake, Commissioning Manager (Children and Young People) NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) providing an update on what has been achieved locally and outlining proposed next steps which included additions to the original transformation plan.
The following comments were made/issues raised:-
· Councillors were keen to hearing further about the work of the ASD Steering Group and asked that an update be submitted to a future meeting.
· Councillors discussed issues relating to the collection of and interpretation of data including how effectiveness of interventions was measured. It was suggested that a report be submitted to a future meeting on the effectiveness of improving access to support.
· Efforts to develop the relationships and interface between Healthy Young Minds and schools was welcomed.
· Proposals for the developing the role of the Voluntary Sector especially with relevant Statutory partners.
