In connection with plan no. 63674 for the construction of 11 no. dwellings with vehicular access from Selby Street and conversion of the former Ash Hotel to provide up to 14 no. apartments following the partial demolition of the attached outbuildings to rear at the Ash Hotel, 232 Manchester Road, Heaton Norris

The Area Committee are recommended to grant planning permission subject to the conditions outlined in the report and the completion of a section 106 to address Affordable Housing and Public Open Space provision.

RESOLVED ( In support 7) – That planning permission be refused on the grounds of overdevelopment, concerns in respect to highway safety and the need for further information in respect to drainage at the site.
