The report sets out the result of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles at the junction of Kinnaird Crescent with Webb Lane, Offerton.
The Area Committee is requested to approve the statutory legal advertising of a Proposed Traffic Regulation Order for No Waiting At Any Time on Kinnaird Crescent and Webb Lane, Offerton and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the results of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles at the junction of Kinnaird Crescent and Webb Lane, Offerton.
RESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee be minded to approve the following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £550 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Manor Ward allocation):-
Proposed Traffic Regulation Order No Waiting At Any Time
Webb Lane, east side - from a point 10 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Kinnaird Crescent to a point 10 metres north west of the northerly kerbline of Kinnaird Crescent.
Kinnaird Crescent - both sides, from the easterly kerbline of Webb Lane for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.
(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
