To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out the results of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles on the grass verges adjacent to 249 and 251 Brinnington Road, Stockport, particularly during peak school pick up and drop off times.
The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Executive Councillor (Communities and Housing) approves the legal advertising of a No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order on Brinnington Road, Stockport and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the Order can be made.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the results of an investigation into the difficulties caused by parked vehicles on the grass verges adjacent to 249 and 251 Brinnington Road, Stockport, particularly during peak school pick up and drop off times.
RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Communities and Housing) be recommended to approve the statutory legal advertising of the following No Waiting At Any Time Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £510 to be funded from the Executive Highways delegated budget and, subject to no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made:-

Brinnington Road - north west side,from a point 9 metres north east of the northerly kerbline of Brinnington Crescent for a distance of 28 metres in a north easterly direction.
