To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration.

 

The report requests the Area Committee to approve No Waiting at Any Time and No Stopping Except Buses on part of Crossley Road in Heaton Chapel.

 

The Area Committee are recommended to approve the proposals detailed in the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to approve the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time and No Stopping Except Buses on part of Crossley Road (District Distributor) in Heaton Chapel.

 

RESOLVED – That the Executive Councillor (Communities & Housing) be recommended to approve the following:-

 

No Waiting at Any Time:

 

Crossley Road

South West side from a point 10 metres North West of the North Westerly kerb line of the entrance to Boundary Court to a point 15 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of the entrance to Boundary Court.

 

Not forming part of the Traffic Regulation Order, a Bus Clearway Marking (No Stopping Except Buses) to be provided at the following location:

 

Crossley Road

South West side from a point 32 metres South East of the South Easterly kerb line of the entrance to Boundary Court in a South Easterly direction for a distance of 23 metres.
