To consider a joint report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report asks the Area Committee to consider whether to dedicate a bridleway over a section of land at Wilkinson Road, Heaton Norris and on an unnamed path that links with Church Road, as shown on the plan attached to the report.

The Area Committee is recommended to:-

(i)        Authorise the dedication of a bridleway over the section of the route between points A – B - C, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1.

(ii)       Authorise the dedication of a footpath over the section of the route between points B – D, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1.

(iii)      Authorise the making of a footpath creation order in respect of the section of the route between points D – E, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) requesting the Area Committee to consider whether to dedicate a bridleway over a section of land at Wilkinson Road, Heaton Norris and on an unnamed path that linked with Church Road, as shown on the plan attached to the report.

RESOLVED – (1) That the dedication of a bridleway over a section of the route between points A-B-C, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.

(2) That the dedication of a footpath over the section of the route between points B-D, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1 to the report, be approved.

(3) That the making of a footpath creation order in respect of the route between points D-E, as shown on the plan at Appendix 1, be approved.
