To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The report requests the Area Committee to consider a request for authority to enter into negotiations with National Grid to regularise the way leaves along the Bredbury/ Gatley route.
The Area Committee are invited to consider and comment on the report.

A representative of the Deputy Chief Executive submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) seeking the Area Committee’s comments on a request to enter into negotiations with National Grid to regularise the way leaves along the Bredbury/Gatley route.
RESOLVED – That the Deputy Chief Executive be informed that the Area Committee supports the proposals detailed in the report.
