To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out a Park Event Application by Stockport Harriers and AC to hold the North of England Road Relay Event in Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park on 26 March 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers including event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from Stockport Harriers and Athletic Club to hold the North of England Road Relay Event in Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park on 26 March 2017.
RESOLVED – That the application from Stockport Harriers and Athletic Club to hold the North of England Road Relay Event in Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park on 26 March 2017 be approved, subject to the organiser providing appropriate event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.
