To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

 The report sets out an application from Mulhearn’s Amusements to hold a fun fair over three consecutive days (19 August 2017 – 21 August 2017) at Woodbank Memorial Park.

The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser producing the appropriate documentation to cover insurance, risk assessment, ADIPS certificates and a bond.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application from Mulhearn’s Amusements to hold a fun fair over three consecutive days (which had been amended from the original application to 18 August 2017 – 20 August 2017) at Woodbank Memorial Park.

RESOLVED – That the application from Mulhearn’s Amusements to hold a fun fair between 18 August 2017 – 20 August 2017 inclusive at Woodbank Memorial Park be approved, subject to the organiser producing the appropriate documentation to cover insurance, risk assessment. ADIPS certificates and a bond, and no fish being used as prizes.
