To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out a Park Event application request submitted by Parkrun UK to utilise Woodbank Memorial and Vernon Park as a venue until 27 January 2018.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers including event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration regarding an application from Parkrun UK to use Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park for their weekly park run each Saturday morning until 27 January 2018.
RESOLVED – That the application from Parkrun UK to use Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park for their weekly park run each Saturday morning until 27 January 2018 be approved, subject to the organiser providing appropriate papers including event plans, health and safety documentation, licences and/or insurances.
