To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive

The report sets out a proposal to dispose of land at Cymbal Court, off Penny Lane, Stockport.

The Area Committee is requested to note the contents of the report and provide any comments.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) setting out a proposal to dispose of land at Cymbal Court, off Penny Lane, Stockport.

RESOLVED – That the Deputy Chief Executive be requested to provide confirmation that the Council would not continue with the maintenance liability after the land was disposed of and provide information regarding the anticipated capital receipt for the land.
