The Area Committee are requested to consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.

 

The report outlines a request to enter into negotiations with National Grid to grant a licence to access a pylon near Middlewood Station over Council owned land.

 

The Area Committee are invited to consider and comment on the report.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) seeking the Area Committees comments on a request to enter into negotiations with National Grid to grant a licence to access a pylon near Middlewood Station over Council owned land.

 

RESOLVED – That the report be noted and the proposals contained within it be approved in so far as the Area Committee is concerned.
