RESOLVED – (3 against) That planning permission be granted.

The laying out and construction of a proposed new bridleway/cycleway between Stockport Road West and Dark Lane, a new footbridge across the River Goyt and a new cycleway/ footway within Woodbank Park, including landscaping.

The Area Committee is requested to recommend that the Planning & Highways Regulation Committee grants planning permission.

RESOLVED – That the Planning and Highways Regulation Committee be recommended to undertake a site visit in order to examine the proposed route of the new cycleway/footway within Woodbank Park in its entirety.
