The report details a proposal for the introduction of Waiting Restrictions on Green Lane, Romiley following concerns from local businesses relating to access problems along Green Lane, Romiley.
The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the statutory legal advertisement of the following Traffic Regulation Orders and, subject to no objections being received within 21 days from the advertisement date, the subsequent making of the orders at a cost of £1,000 to be funded from the Area Committee’s Delegated Budget (Bredbury Green & Romiley ward allocation):-
Revoke No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am – 6pm
Green Lane west side, from the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 22 metres.
Green Lane east side, east side, from a distance of 22 metres south of the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 26 metres.
Proposed No Waiting At Any Time
Green Lane, east side, from a distance of 22 metres south of the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 26 metres.
Green Lane, east side, from a distance of 105 metres south of the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 40 metres.
Green Lane, west side, from the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 63 metres.
Green Lane, west side, from a distance of 107 metres south of the southern kerbline of Stockport Road, in a southerly direction for a distance of 40 metres.
