To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report seeks approval to implement a residents’ permit holders only parking scheme on Green Street, Cale Green.

The Area Committee is requested to approve the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Orders detailed in the report and, subject to no objections being received within the statutory period, the order can be made.

A representative of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration submitted a report (copies of which had been circulated) seeking approval to implement a residents’ permit holders only parking scheme on Green Street, Cale Green.

RESOLVED – (1) That the Area Committee be minded to approve the following Traffic Regulation Order at an approximate cost of £600 to be funded from the Parking budget :-

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order - Resident Permit Holders only

Green Street - south west side, from a point 5 metres south east of the southerly kerbline of Shaw Road South for a distance of 22.5 metres in a south easterly direction.

Proposed Traffic Regulation Order – No Waiting At Any Time

Green Street - south west side, from the southerly kerbline of Shaw Road South for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction.

Shaw Road South - south side, from the south westerly kerbline of Green Street for a distance of approximately 2.5 metres in a south westerly direction.

(2) That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the Traffic Regulation Order and, subject no objections being received within twenty one days from the advertisement date, the Order be made.
