To consider a report of the Deputy Chief Executive.
The report details a proposal to take a tenancy of accommodation at Eden Point, Three Acres Lane, Cheadle Hulme as the location to establish the base for the both the Bramhall and Cheadle Integrated Teams with the aim of creating multi-agency integrated neighbourhood teams, with GP practices at the centre, delivering care as local to individuals as possible based on local needs.
The Area Committee is recommended to comment on and note the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a proposal for the Council to take a tenancy of accommodation at Eden Point, Three Acres Lane, Cheadle Hulme as the location to establish the base for the both the Bramhall and Cheadle Integrated Teams with the aim of creating multi-agency integrated neighbourhood teams, with GP practices at the centre, delivering care as local to individuals as possible based on local needs.
