A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) detailing a request for the Council to enter into an agreement with United Utilities to adopt the new sewers as part of the Stockport Homes Ltd residential development at Turves Road.
RESOLVED – That the Deputy Chief Executive be recommended to enter into an agreement with United Utilities on the basis identified within the report.
