To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration
The report sets out an application by Cancer Research to hold their event in Woodbank Memorial and Vernon Parks on Sunday 28th May 2017.
The Area Committee is recommended to approve the application, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) regarding an application by Cancer Research to hold its Race for Life event in Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park on 28 May 2017.
RESOLVED – That the application from Cancer Research to hold its Race for Life at Woodbank Memorial Park and Vernon Park on 28 May 2017 be approved, subject to the event organiser obtaining the correct permissions, health and safety paperwork, and insurances.
