To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.
The report details an application from the Friends of Tangshutt Playing Fields to hold a May Day in the Meadow event on Tangshutt Playing Fields on the 1 May 2017 between the hours of 12noon and 3.00pm with access required to the site from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
The Area Committee is recommended to grant the application.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) detailing an application from the Friends of Tangshutt Playing Fields to hold a May Day in the Meadow event on Tangshutt Playing Fields on the 1 May 2017 between the hours of 12noon and 3.00pm with access required to the site from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
