To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration.

The report details a proposal for the revocation of the existing limited waiting restrictions on Compstall Road, Romiley due to concerns that this was displacing parking onto adjacent residential streets while the limited waiting bays were largely vacant.

The Area Committee is recommended to give approval to the statutory legal advertising of the following scheme, and subject to the receipt of no objections, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of £450 to be funded from Executive Highway Budget:-

Revoke Limited Waiting, Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm, 30 minutes, No Return Within 1 Hour

Compstall Road, Romiley, south side, from a point 6 metres west of the  westerly kerbline of Birch Avenue, for a distance of 39 metres in an westerly direction.

RESOLVED - That approval be given to the statutory legal advertising of the following scheme, and subject to the receipt of no objections, the subsequent making of the Order at a cost of £450 to be funded from Executive Highway Budget:-
