To consider a joint report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration and the Deputy Chief Executive.

 

The report details three objections which have been received to a proposal to the introduction of a ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ traffic regulation order on Penn Green, Cheadle Hulme.

 

The Area Committee is recommended to make the Order as advertised.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a joint report of the Corporate Director for Place Management & Regeneration and the Deputy Chief Executive (copies of which had been circulated) detailing three objections which had been received to a proposal to introduce a ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ traffic regulation order on Penn Green, Cheadle Hulme.

 

RESOLVED – That the Order be made as advertised.
