To consider a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration

The report considers objections received to a proposed Traffic Regulation Order at Northgate Road and Edgeley Road, Edgeley.

The Area Committee is recommended to approve that the Order be amended as detailed in paragraph 3.1 of the report.

A representative of the Democratic Services Manager submitted a report of the Corporate Director for Place Management and Regeneration (copies of which had been circulated) setting out the objections received to the proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order on Northgate Road and Edgeley Road, Edgeley.

RESOLVED -  That the proposed Prohibition of Waiting Traffic Regulation Order on Northgate Road and Edgeley Road, Edgeley  be amended as follows:-

Northgate Road – No Waiting at Any Time

Both Sides – From the intersection of its kerb line of Edgeley Road, for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.

East Side – From a point 32 metres north of the intersection of its kerb line of Edgeley Road, for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.

Edgeley Road – No Waiting at Any Time

North Side – From the intersection of the eastern kerb line of Northgate Road, for a distance of 9 metres in an easterly direction.
